Prema Vasam has offered humanitarian services to mentally & physically challenged and less fortunate children in Chennai since 1999. It is the only home that takes care of a large number of special children alongside school-going children. This integration develops a kind of sensitivity among the children in addressing the needs of the mentally challenged and differently-abled children.

Little Drops works with Prema Vasam to aid in their providing of constant individual care, regular physiotherapy, occupational therapy and special education.
