We are excited to announce the Shravana Fundraising 2025 event, which will be held on Saturday 11th October 2025 at 6:30 p.m. at The Brick Community Centre, South Stand Lounge in Wigan. This event is to raise funds for Shravana, a charity that provides essential services to children with hearing disabilities in India.

In Hyderabad and surrounding areas, particularly from the deprived communities, hundreds of children are growing up with hearing impairments that, without timely intervention, affect their education, confidence, and future opportunities. With your support, Little Drops Charity Trust (UK) is launching this year’s annual fundraiser for Shravana – Children’s Deafness Project, a dedicated initiative to transform the lives of these children.
HOW THE PROJECT HELPS
Shravana’s services are essential for children with hearing disabilities. Early identification and intervention can help to prevent speech and language delays and social isolation. Training for staff ensures that children receive the highest quality services possible. And maintaining a good database of hearing-disabled children helps to understand the trends and causes of deafness.
THE EVENT
The Shravana Fundraising 2025 event will feature a variety of food, music and entertainment , including:
- 3-Course Indian Meal
- A silent auction with items donated by local businesses
- A raffle with prizes that include gift certificates, electronics, and more
- Bar available
All proceeds from the event will go to support Shravana’s important work. We hope you will join us for this fun and rewarding event!
